This book has two purposes: to provide information on synchronous elearning systems for European education and training providers and to provide a Manual of Good Practice for European trainers and training organisations. Synchronous elearning systems are also known as Live elearning or as Virtual Classroom systems. Although widely used in the United States of America these systems are little known and little used in Europe.
