RAP: RDF API for PHP
RAP - RDF API for PHP is a Semantic Web toolkit for PHP developers. It offers features for parsing, manipulating, storing, querying, serving, and serializing RDF graphs. RAP was started as an open source project by the Freie Universit�t Berlin in 2002 and has been extended with code contributions from the Semantic Web community. Its latest release (V0.9.1) includes among others: a statement-centric API for manipulating RDF graphs as a set of statements, a resource-centric API for manipulating RDF graphs as a set of resources with properties, an up-to-date RDF/XML parser and serializer, support for other serialization techniques (i.e. N-Triple, Notation3, RDF embedded in XHTML), in-memory or database model storage, an inference engine supporting RDF-Schema reasoning and some OWL entailments, an integrated RDF server, and support for the RDQL query language.
