Mobile 3D Visualization for Construction

Over the past decade, CAD software for construction has gone from simple 2D drafting programs to complex 3D solid modeling systems that support structural analysis, logical product models, project management information systems, collaborative environments, and task scheduling. The hardware on which those programs run has progressed from mainframes to desktop computer and laptops. The size of computer storage and memory has gone from megabytes to gigabytes.
